After activating the Solace Theme, you will see the following banner. Please click “Install Starter Templates Now” to install and activate the Solace Extra plugin.
After you click it, the button should change to “Activating”.
Shortly after, you will be redirected to the Solace Extra Dashboard page.
Troubleshooting:
If the “Activating” button takes too long, it may be due to issues with downloading and installing the Solace Extra plugin from the WordPress Repository.
Try the following steps:
- Click on Plugins in your WordPress Dashboard.
- Search for the Solace Extra plugin manually.
- Install and activate the plugin from there.
If you encounter ‘Installation Failed’ when installing Solace Extra, you can click the link below that says ‘Please install the Solace Extra plugin from the plugins page, see below:
If you encounter ‘Activation failed’ when activating Solace Extra, you can click the link below that says ‘Please activate the Solace Extra plugin from the Plugins page
If after successful activation you encounter ‘Redirection failed’ in Solace Extra, you can click the link below that says ‘Please Visit the Solace Extra Starter Templates Menu
