The Solace demo uses high-resolution design and content (including images), so we strongly recommend using a reliable and trusted hosting provider, such as Hostinger.
We suggest starting the demo import process on a Fresh WordPress Install
(a clean site with no existing content).
We also recommend temporarily disabling cache plugins(ex. Litespeed Cache) to ensure the import process runs smoothly.
If you encounter a demo import failure, where only the “Hello World” content appears on the homepage, as shown in the image below:
Then, please try increasing the values of the following parameters in the hosting settings to the following:
- Max_execution_time : 360
- Max_input_time : 360
- max_input_vars : 10000
- memory_limit : 1024MB
- Post_max_size : 1024MB
- upload_max_filesize : 1024MB
You may be able to change these values yourself or request assistance from your hosting provider’s support team.
Normally, the import process should only take a few minutes
(depending on your internet speed and your hosting specifications).
If, after multiple attempts, the import process still fails, we recommend switching to our suggested hosting provider, Hostinger, for better performance and reliability.
